My Story
What began as a simple love for baking slowly turned into a passion for creating recipes that anyone can make at home. I was not a professionally trained chef, and I didn’t grow up knowing every baking technique. Like many of you, I learned through trial and error, plenty of kitchen disasters, countless recipe tests, and a determination to never give up until I got it right. Some recipes failed spectacularly. Cakes sank, Cookies spread too much, Caramel crystallized, Cheesecakes cracked. But every mistake taught me something new, and over time those lessons became recipes I could confidently share with others. Today, millions of people have watched my recipes across social media, but behind every video is the same person who still gets excited seeing butter melt in a pan or hearing the satisfying crack of a perfectly baked cookie. The numbers have grown, but the reason I create hasn’t changed. I simply love making baking feel approachable, enjoyable, and successful for everyone.
